New members are sponsored by existing members.

New member applications are submitted electronically to Steve Shapiro at shapiro@whidbey.com, reviewed for completeness and forwarded to all WILL members.

If, within two weeks, no members object, the applicant is automatically approved for membership.

If any member expresses concern about the suitability of the applicant,  then a majority  vote is required to approve the applicant for membership.

Orientation of new members is the responsibility of the sponsoring member; but can be provided by any willing member.

Members of WILL shall remain members until 1) they request to leave the group, 2) they are removed by majority vote, or 3) WILL ceases to exist.
